When do you start pinning?
Pinning starts 2 weeks after we sign our contract and I receive the first payment from you. After I get familiar with your business and your unique goals, I conduct a thorough keyword research, optimize your account, develop your pinning strategy and create your custom Pin templates I will use for your pin designs in the future—this takes around 2 weeks, after which your selected number of pins will be posted daily, Monday through Sunday.
Can you guarantee results?
While I can’t guarantee specific numbers or outcomes—as Pinterest performance can depend on many factors like niche or the overall health of your website—I can, however, guarantee a data-driven, strategic approach that’s designed to give your content the best possible chance to perform well. My goal is to help you achieve strong, measurable results and make Pinterest a valuable traffic source for your brand.
How long to see results?
Pinterest is a search engine, so it takes a bit longer to see consistent results compared to social media platforms. On average, it takes about 3–6 months for a new strategy to start showing noticeable growth—though some accounts may see results sooner, while others may need a bit more time. Consistency and a well-optimized strategy are key to long-term success on Pinterest.
Do I need a blog?
While some accounts can see moderate success on Pinterest without one, having a blog is essential for my strategy. I require your website to have at least 5 published blog posts to start. This allows me to create content that drives meaningful traffic, improves your visibility, and builds long-term growth through Pinterest.
How do we communicate?
To respect both of our time, I prefer to keep all communication via email. This ensures everything stays organized, easy to reference, and not affected by time zone differences (as I’m based in Hungary). Of course, if something requires a quick clarification, I’m always happy to be flexible when needed.
How can I pay?
You’ll be able to choose your preferred payment method—either Stripe or wire transfer.
Please note: selecting Stripe will set up a monthly subscription for any of the Monthly Pinterest Management packages, and you’ll be automatically charged each month (unless you’ve chosen to prepay).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Unless you’ve chosen the 6-month commitment plan (which comes with a discounted rate), you can cancel your ongoing services at any time. I just ask that you provide a 30-day notice if you decide not to continue with your Pinterest Management plan.
If you’re on the 6-month commitment plan, you’ll be able to cancel the same way — with a 30-day notice —after the initial 6-month period has ended. This helps ensure a smooth wrap-up and transition for both of us.
Please note: if you choose to take advantage of the further discounted prepaid option, those payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel once your prepaid months have passed.
What will you need to get started?
After we decide to work together, I will send you an onboarding form to collect everything I need to get started—including your Pinterest login details, branding details like colors, fonts, logos, etc… After this, you can sit back and let me do the rest.
Will you create all the pins?
For ongoing Pinterest management, I will create all of your pins using images from your website—including blog posts and product images—or from free stock image sources if needed.
If you have any additional images not featured on your site, you can keep them updated in a shared Google Drive folder. Extra images are always welcome, as they give us more creative options! 😊
